Renewed strategic partnership with ITC
At the beginning of July 2026, a new strategic partnership agreement between ITC (Guangdong Baolun Electronic Co., Ltd.) and Root Security Romania was officially signed at ITC's headquarters in Guangzhou, China.
As part of the ceremony, Root Security was awarded the Strategic Partner for Romania certificate, reaffirming the strong relationship between the two companies and celebrating more than seven years of successful collaboration.
Throughout this partnership, Root Security's engineers have continuously participated in technical training programs at ITC's manufacturing facilities in China. This ongoing investment in education and expertise reflects Root Security's commitment to delivering the highest standards of sales, installation, system configuration, technical support, and user training for ITC products across the Romanian market.

As part of the local administration's continuous efforts to modernise public administration facilities and improve administrative efficiency, the project creates a professional, intelligent and highly integrated meeting environment for government meetings, council discussions and daily administrative collaboration.
The solution
The solution integrates a small-pitch LED display, a full-digital wireless conference system, professional sound reinforcement, 4K video signal management and a camera system, as well as centralised control — enabling clear information presentation, reliable speech reinforcement, flexible AV signal management and simplified system operation.
High-definition small-pitch LED display
The professional small-pitch LED wall delivers high contrast, a wide viewing angle and a stable image that is unaffected by ambient light. It clearly presents meeting documents, live video-conference feeds, charts and data, for efficient and intuitive information transfer during official meetings.
Full-digital wireless conference system
Mature full-digital wireless conference technology with stable speech pickup and anti-interference, anti-howling functions. It meets the demanding voice-capture needs of multi-person simultaneous discussions, with clear and natural sound quality.
Professional sound system
Matched with professional audio processing, the sound-reinforcement system achieves uniform sound-field coverage, balanced volume and no acoustic dead spots. It eliminates echo and noise and guarantees high-fidelity sound throughout the room, creating a formal and professional acoustic environment.
4K video signal management and camera system
The built-in 4K video signal management platform and professional conference camera support flexible switching and seamless transmission of multiple AV signals. The system provides automatic speaker tracking and real-time high-definition video capture, suited to both on-site official meetings and remote hybrid sessions.
