• The multimedia conference terminal host is equipped with the terminal embedded software to handle the file push, file distribution, browsing and reading, file annotation, smart sign-in, voting, electronic whiteboard, electronic nameplate, conference communication, conference service, video signal interconnection, conference control, same-screen broadcast and other applications during the conference.
• It can meet the needs of various high-end conference occasions, as well as important government affairs, business, enterprises, institutions and large-scale event venues.
• Support paperless meeting mode and Windows mode, which can be switched at will.
• Multiple file formats can be viewed, including common formats such as doc/docx/xls/xlsx/ppt/pptx/pdf/txt/jpg/png, etc. Participants can only view files for which they have permission.
• Meeting notes can be taken at any time during the meeting and can be downloaded locally.
• Supports screen broadcasting. Participants can share their local screens with other participants during the meeting. Supports cross-platform (Windows/Android) broadcasting (requires relevant hardware to implement).
• The personal center module supports uploading and viewing materials before and during meetings (confidential meetings cannot be viewed before meetings); it also supports downloading materials of meetings attended after the meetings.
• When the meeting ends, the terminal automatically clears the local meeting files.
